All of our Jungle Gyms and play structures are built to last and come with a 24 month guarantee on workmanship. Components and accessories are built with care and precision. Every new structure is coated with timber preservative to protect timber from the elements.
The safety of children playing on our Jungle Gyms is our number one priority, we therefore do the following:
- Ensure that no bolts, nuts or sharp objects protrude from our structures. Every edge and surface of timber is sanded thoroughly to minimize the chance of your child scratching themselves or getting splinters.
- All open sides of our platforms are enclosed with 600mm high safety fencing.
- All Jungle Gyms are concreted 500mm into the ground to ensure stability and preserve poles.
- The maximum fall height of our structures is limited to 1.4m.
Jungle Mania has a reputation for supplying and installing quality wooden play structures. To ensure we maintain that reputation, we ensure the timber and wooden poles used are CCA pressure treated in accordance to SABS specifications to reduce the risk of rot and fungal infections. All metal fittings are galvanized to protect against corrosion. On completion we thoroughly inspect each completed Jungle Gym. We check:
- All fittings are tight and secure.
- That no nails, bolts, screws, and cup squares are protruding from the structure.
- The structure is installed in accordance to the approved plan.
- The overall finish of the Jungle Gym and that the two coats of timber preservative have been applied evenly leaving no paint runs.
